What's Happening In the Community
Dear Charger Basketball Supporter,
The El Toro High School Boysʼ Basketball Program is offering you a unique opportunity to show your community support and advertise your business to the supporters, families, and friends of El Toro High School. El Toro High School will proudly display your 4-color, two-sided banner from the ceiling of our gym for all to see.
Your banner will be on display for every event and sport (youth and adult recreation teams, as well as the ETHS Boys and Girls games) ALL YEAR LONG! You can imagine all of the exposure your business will receive. For a donation of $350 El Toro High School will have a 3' x 5' banner printed to your specifications and hung in the gym before the start of the basketball season around Thanksgiving. Each year after that you can renew your space for the following year for only $200.
Don't delay. There is only room for 30 banners and most businesses renew each year. Contact your team representative for more information.
El Toro High School will also give our banner advertisers an opportunity to place a Game Day program ad for a reduced rate. Please refer any questions to (949)586-6333 ext. 6181 or email Coach Dixon at eltorobasketball@mac.com.

The event is part of California Clean-Up Day, which is held each September and brings together volunteers that collect trash and debris, in order to keep it out of our creeks, lakes, and ocean.

CIP Update: Traffic Signal Synchronization Project
The City's Traffic Signal Synchronization project, implemented in 2009, establishes communications between adjacent intersections, allowing multiple traffic signals to work together, reducing traffic congestion and making it easier to get around town. Phase 2 of the project is now underway and involves re-timing the majority of the City’s intersections. Bake Parkway, Lake Forest Drive, Trabuco Road, and Portola Parkway are now all operating under the new timing plans.
